Personal access allows anyone recorded in the directory to access the system in order to modify his/her own information.

Every person in the directory for which individual access is authorized (see data entered for every person in the directory) can connect to the Infotek by following the procedure described in the home page.  If his/her e-mail address is in the system and if that address is attributed exclusively to him/her, and he/she does not already have an access to the Infotek, he/she will receive an e-mail with his/her/its password, which he/she will be able subsequently to change in the Personal Settings section.

Besides change his/her own personal information, he/she will be able to see the information for the other persons recorded in the Infotek.
